• When you place an order at subway.micros.com, we may require you to provide your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and credit card information.
• Contact information from the order form is used to fulfill your order and contact you about issues concerning your order.
• We also track the referring URL of our users to provide statistical information regarding the effectiveness of our site and marketing programs.

Use of "cookies"

Subway.micros.com uses cookies to keep track of each shopper's shopping basket. When someone arrives at the store, we give them a unique cookie. When you begin placing an order, we use the cookie to track the status of your order.

If cookies are not used (or some equivalent approach like putting a tracking code in the URL for each visitor), there is simply no way to make a shopping basket work; unless the server has some way to tell that two clicks on the Order button are coming from the same browser, it has no way to know that both orders should go into the same shopping basket.

Note that subway.micros.com doesn't store any information in the cookies themselves. The cookies are simply ids. Any information that shoppers enter when placing an order is kept on a secure server; the id in the cookie is merely a key.

Security

All online transactions are handled with the industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when we receive it.

In addition, subway.micros.com has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. User personal information is only accessible by a limited number of employees who have specific access rights to such information.

Correct/Update

This site provides users the following options for changing and modifying information previously provided. The company ordinarily will process the request within 30 days of receipt. MICROS will not process third party requests.
