Maintenance Terms and Conditions

This site contains the MICROS POS Maintenance Services Terms and Conditions for Subway. These Terms and Conditions are referenced within, and are applicable to, the Maintenance Services Proposal for Sub Shop 2000TM. Upon completion of a review by the Subway Franchisee, the Franchisee must sign the Services Proposal, add a Credit Card number, workstation serial number (number on bottom of terminal) and mail or fax it to the MICROS contact shown on the face of the Proposal. If corrections are required to the level of support, site or billing address, etc., the Franchisee should call the MICROS contact shown on the Proposal for assistance.

Upon receipt of the signed Services Proposal, MICROS will convert the Proposal to a Contract and bill the Credit Card provided by the Franchisee on the Proposal. Payment is due in advance of the start date of the service period.
